Relaxed and comfortable work environment
Cons
The supervisor has a bad temper and gets angry easily
There are many salary-related deductions, and the deductions upon resignation are high
New-hire training is rudimentary; they recruit newcomers to develop training courses, then do not hire them
Verbal pay cuts
Unclear division of responsibilities
The mentality of wanting a good horse but not wanting to feed it
The company is small and has no corporate culture
