The salary is not too bad; pay is reasonable based on education and experience, and overtime is paid.

They do not understand other people’s areas of expertise and randomly assign job openings. Internal personnel changes and infighting are extremely serious. The quality assurance manager brought in a bunch of parachuted-in managers who can get paid without doing any work, while anyone recruited from outside is exploited to death. The parachuted-in managers only make grandiose statements; although they manage the production line, they do not even understand what is going on in the factory. The people below are overwhelmed with work, while the people above only want to engage in infighting, reduce the concentration of power, and consolidate their own faction.

The quality assurance center holds a bunch of meetings all day long, from morning to night, wasting time. In the end, only the people at the bottom are left scrambling to get things done. The meeting location is an open-plan meeting room with not even any walls! This seriously affects nearby colleagues at work. The meeting content also seems intended to demonstrate and consolidate their own power and status, while making everyone watch other people being questioned and acting overly deferential. It is extremely uncomfortable.

The employee cafeteria food is terrible. There is only a buffet, with nothing else available. The area outside the company is extremely desolate, and even the nearest convenience store requires a long walk. The company is already located in a very remote area, and parking is limited. Although the nearby parking spaces are free, you still have to compete for a spot in the morning.
