1. The company does not look at educational qualifications; if you are willing to work hard, you have opportunities for promotion.

2. You can bring your pets to work.

3. Eight to ten days off per month, including four designated days off.

4. You can learn a lot of knowledge related to pets.

5. Everything needs to be reported, and communication channels are transparent.

6. Most colleagues are very nice.

7. Frontline employees receive overtime pay (for management, it is a duty-based system).

1. There are so, so, so many LINE groups (although you can turn off notifications, just seeing them is annoying).

2. The monthly salary consists of the statutory minimum wage + a perfect-attendance bonus + a performance bonus.

3. Store staff (sales consultants) are under sales-performance pressure.

4. The work schedule is basically fake. Even after it has been arranged, shifts can still be changed at the last minute. For example, it would not be surprising to have your schedule suddenly changed in the middle of the night and be told to go support a store in another county or city for a day. Also, the schedule is usually only given to you after you ask for it; if you do not ask, they just keep dragging it out and out and out and out and out and out.

5. The company’s personnel assignments are extremely sudden. Usually, they only tell you a few days beforehand that you will be transferred to another county or city and for how long. Then the company considers providing you with a dormitory to be extra welfare provided as compensation^^. Don’t take advantage and then complain about it.

6. Be mentally prepared to work all shifts. The company assumes that everyone loves working overtime, because overtime lets you earn overtime pay, so be sure to seize the opportunity and work plenty of overtime^^.

7. A brainwashing corporate culture: the people above pass down a set of talking points to the middle-management levels, who then prettily package them as explanations of how beneficial it is for you to do these things. For example, they say that supporting another store lets you learn many things, or that because the company is understaffed, everyone will eventually have to work all shifts, and that this is fair, and so on.

8. Some people can accept the sales scripts, while others cannot. Hopefully, you can go in and be a breath of fresh air.

9. The company’s systems are extremely incomplete. Although it is a large corporation, its management methods are very poor.

10. The company’s employee handbook says that you must cooperate with every assignment the company gives you. If you are extremely submissive, have tremendous enthusiasm for pets, absolutely must have this job, and have decided to burn yourself out for it, then you are very welcome here.
