Nothing seen so far
Some of the motorcycle line leaders only want to take it easy. As for senior management, I will refrain from commenting; after all, anyone who becomes a supervisor must have areas of strength. However, taking care of the machines is the responsibility of the line leaders and technicians. Yet some line leaders are enjoying themselves immensely while the technicians are exhausted to the point of being treated like dogs. That said, it would be unfair to deny that some line leaders are still very good! As for certain self-important line leaders, all I can say is: you are not more capable than anyone else. When things go wrong, all you do is call the supervisor to handle it. I really cannot stand line leaders like you—when taking care of the machine yourself, you make it sound as though you know everything, but once a technician is assigned to you, you spend every day sitting back and playing on your phone. Whenever the technician takes leave, you even ask the technician from the neighboring machine to mix the dye for you. Did the company hire you to sit around playing on your phone? Senior employees who refuse to step aside are driving newcomers to the breaking point.
