1. Regardless of whether it is a senior-level position or an entry-level role, interviews are uniformly arranged as group interviews. Although the interview was scheduled for around 9:00, I waited for at least an hour, which was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.

2. During the general manager’s interview, the phone rang. Without even saying anything, the general manager directly interrupted the conversation, answered the call, and began talking. This was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.

3. The general manager had not read the interviewee’s résumé in advance at all, and the interview was hastily concluded. It was therefore impossible to fully understand the interviewee’s abilities and circumstances. It felt as though the general manager had no interview experience or social experience whatsoever.

4. Although it emphasizes that it is a five-star hotel, the overall exterior architecture and interior facilities feel more like those of an ordinary residential community, with a clear lack of professionalism.
