No advantages
Designers are expected to provide their own computers; the company does not provide one. It is like asking Picasso to paint without giving him brushes or paper.
Designers are expected to know video editing and special effects, graphic design, and still photography, yet the compensation offered is really rather stingy.
For event attendance......you are asked to take photos and must also bring your own DSLR to take them. If your DSLR is sent in for repairs, the company does not care, nor will it subsidize any related expenses.
Training courses may be held on weekday evenings and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, and employees are required to attend. Under the pretext of employee training, the company provides neither compensatory leave nor overtime pay, so failing to attend is treated as if you do not identify with the company.
Regarding overtime pay and compensatory leave, the company is blatantly violating the Labor Standards Act, yet it shows no concern and openly threatens employees that if they do not participate, then........
The boss likes to make grand promises, pretends to understand many things without actually knowing them, and the only thing the boss truly understands is real estate.
The company has no systems. What is laughable is that management believes that being unskilled at details gives them permission to leave the formulation of the relevant procedural details unattended.
