The salary calculation method seriously violates the Labor Standards Act and uses the calculation method for temporary workers:
(Base salary of 22,000 divided by 30 equals the daily wage
30 minus monthly days off, national holidays, and leave days equals the number of working days
Daily wage multiplied by the number of working days equals the salary)
Almost none of the benefits listed on the recruitment website are actually provided
The time clock is inaccurate (approximately 2–3 minutes fast)
Half pay for the first 14 days after starting employment
Extremely short lunch break (approximately 12:40–12:53)
Most machines are maintained on a “if it still works, that’s good enough” basis, and many malfunctions are not repaired
It is difficult to meet the performance bonus requirements based on normal working hours
