The company’s HR manager is harsh and unreasonable, forcing employees not to resign at the end of the month in order to save on health insurance costs. When employees request the overtime pay they are entitled to upon resignation, every possible means is used to make things difficult, and the pay is simply withheld. Policies change from day to day, benefits are extremely poor, and all the benefits employees should have had have been cut to reduce company costs. Think carefully before joining. “Warm Connections” and “LOVE GIVING” are nothing but slogans!!!
