I only recently learned that websites like this exist. Although I have no particular interest in manipulating reviews, the company has taken care of me for a long time since I entered the workforce after completing my military service. I worked my way up from a junior employee to a manager, and all I can feel is gratitude.

There will inevitably be pressure at work. It would be a lie to say that I have never complained about the company, but no matter where you work, there will always be pressure. If I cannot withstand it, that means I lack the ability. If I lack the ability to handle pressure, things will be the same wherever I work in the future, so I still need to reflect on and improve myself first. The company has also given me room to take the initiative and carry things out. Looking at it from another angle now, I feel that the source of what needs to be improved still lies with me. Unless I think I am perfect—but people who are perfect should start their own businesses and become the boss. If someone thinks the boss of this company is imperfect, then I really do not know what qualification someone who cannot even be a boss has to write a whole bunch of negative reviews.

My EQ is indeed not very good. There is no need to pay attention to those negative reviews. The company needs to be led by the boss.
