Pros
The workload is quite busy. The foreign boss is a Super Saiyan but very nice. The company is continually growing, and the annual salary is equivalent to 16 months’ pay (17 months this year), so from my personal perspective, it’s not bad. Relations among colleagues are harmonious. So far, both domestic and overseas trips have been fully paid for by the company (whether this will continue as the number of employees grows is uncertain). Overall, it’s quite comfortable.
Cons
Human resources management could be improved.
