It was originally a decent company, but after a new business operations team came in, the whole company went downhill. Everything is chaotic, and all the planning is nonsense—they do whatever comes to mind, with only the team’s own members benefiting.
All benefits and bonuses were canceled, and a large number of people were laid off. At first, severance pay was provided, but they may have realized that the expenses were too high, so they started using underhanded tactics: arbitrarily transferring employees to different departments to force them to resign, then hiring new people.
Even though there is a telephone sales department, regular back-office employees are required to make sales calls to customers. Anyone considering applying now should think twice.
