One person is expected to do the work of several, and employees and subordinates are not treated like human beings.

Also, you have to guess for yourself what the system’s database tables are and where the code is located. There is no IIS, and you have to figure out the database table permissions on your own. You can only survive by spending a great deal of time building relationships with senior colleagues.
