Pros
The logistics department supervisor was very NICE and carefully explained the details, advantages, and disadvantages of the job, basically holding nothing back.
After all, the logistics department is different from a typical office environment~
They also carefully reviewed my résumé, making it a very comfortable interview experience.
The environment was good as well and fairly systematic.
Cons
On-site, I also had to fill out a standard résumé form again and take a personality compatibility test of sorts, which took a bit of time.
