Pros

1. The company is located near an MRT station, with plenty of department stores and stylish shops nearby, so you can go shopping after work if you have time.

2. The office has good natural lighting, and the workstations are quite spacious. However, there are no partitions, so you can see what your colleagues are doing just by turning your head slightly.

3. The pantry is quite comfortable.

4. We generally leave work on time (except for graphic design staff).

5. You get to see lots of pretty girls XD

6. The boss’s management style and way of speaking are very direct. If you want to toughen up, come give it a try!

Cons

1. New employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance until a week after joining the company. According to the boss, handling the withdrawal procedures is very troublesome.......

2. Although the boss says she dislikes cliques, there are many small circles among the colleagues, making it difficult to fit in.

3. Whenever there is a problem at the company (such as event changes, friction between colleagues, etc.), the boss immediately calls a meeting with everyone and asks people to speak openly about it.

4. The boss often assigns work via LINE, then forgets about it after sending the message. Once she remembers, she immediately demands results.

5. The boss studied design, but the company only employs one designer. Everything from planning the website’s visual layout to designing the sign at the company entrance is handled entirely by the designer. You also have to organize the materials for the photography style in advance and then discuss them with the boss. The boss expects you to propose different ideas (though it is probably best not to take that too seriously), but ultimately her ideas take priority.

6. The boss usually does not arrive at the office until close to noon. If a project requires discussion with the boss, waiting for her can be agonizing.
