None, run away quickly

1. The company makes chaotic personnel changes and arbitrarily cuts salaries. At the end of the month, they tell you that you’re being transferred to another department, and then cut and reduce your salary for that month as well!

2. You apply for position A but do the work of B. If you can’t do it, they directly transfer you to another position with lower pay or ask you to resign. (Even when they transfer you, they tell you to go back and do the A job they described in the interview—only your salary is reduced to an embarrassingly low amount.)

3. As soon as you mention resigning, the boss immediately changes attitude and sarcastically berates you, while constantly making arbitrary deductions. They especially love firing people at random!

4. The supervisor doesn’t help block anything at all; they just push you out to die and act like it has nothing to do with them.

5. During interviews, the boss talks endlessly about grand promises, making it sound as if the company is about to go public. But the key benefits never materialize, and they still make arbitrary deductions and cut salaries!

6. The turnover rate is extremely high. Don’t assume that lots of seats mean there are lots of employees. In reality, there are probably only around a dozen or so; if you stay for a year, you’re considered senior.

7. The company is very quiet.

8. The company has no planning at all and just comes up with ideas out of thin air! Then they tell you what you made looks ugly, randomly change and use it until it becomes a terrifying mess, and then scrap it and start over—a recurring nightmare that repeats endlessly!
