1. Fabric Business Assistant:
Depending on how busy the group is, a small number of groups may be so busy during peak seasons that employees have to work overtime on weekends, while other groups can leave work on time and have weekends off. (However, compared with Garment Business Assistants, there is less overtime.)
The year-end bonus is quite good. When I was there, it could be equivalent to 4–6 months’ salary.
2. Garment Business Assistant:
The year-end bonus should also be quite good.
1. Fabric Business Assistant:
The work is somewhat monotonous, but it is a large company with stable operations.
2. Garment Business Assistant:
There is more overtime than in the Fabric group, and no overtime pay.
Also, the interviewer will likely emphasize the importance of working overtime to the interviewee.
