A company full of uncertainty and unprofessionalism, like a helpless person who cannot get things done. It assumes that new employees with international trade experience should inherently understand the product features. There is no training and no time allowed for you to get up to speed; they simply tell you to Google it and figure it out yourself. The three managers love to nag and micromanage but lack ability. Internal communication is managed through LINE, yet they do not read it and deny doing so, resulting in extremely poor timeliness for quotations and work progress. No one speaks in the office because the turnover rate among new hires is too high, resulting in work relationships devoid of any personal connection. It also operates under the name Yuanrong Co., Ltd. Even the employees cannot figure out the division of business between Hongguo and Yuanrong, and their ignorance prevents them from properly explaining it to new hires. The boss speaks without getting to the point and asks an assistant of Indonesian Chinese descent to relay the message, creating enormous internal communication barriers.
