Large company
For the foreign sales position, I was asked to take a test first. After finishing, HR had me wait for 20 minutes. After the interview, I waited nearly another 40 minutes for the manager, only to be told that the manager was abroad and unavailable, so they sent a so-called senior salesperson instead.
When I asked about overtime pay, the senior salesperson only said that the entire company operates under a responsibility-based system, so there probably is no overtime pay.
Later, they said they would schedule another interview with the manager next time.
I feel this is a company that does not respect interviewees.
