Excluding the boss, it’s a pretty good company.

The boss is indeed capable, but has poor emotional control, a bad temper, and is moody and unpredictable. Swearing is an everyday occurrence, while angry outbursts, yelling, pounding on desks, and other venting and berating—both actions and sounds—can easily be heard throughout the entire office.

There’s no need to say more; let’s look at some objective data. With an astonishingly high turnover rate in which an entire cohort of employees leaves each year—and this happens year after year (not even counting the frontline store service staff, whose turnover is even higher)—what do you think the evaluation should be?
