None at all~ Numerous former employees have said: There’s no point in making the reviews look good, because then they wouldn’t be factual. You might as well properly face the environment you’re in now—why make you write nice things against your conscience? ^^ It’s really tough.
Cons
The entire company is a drawback—run while you can~~~
