There are very few colleagues, and everyone is quite easy to get along with. We have group meals and go out to have fun, and we like to cook hot pot or tangyuan at the office. It feels very warm and welcoming. Perhaps because the company is in the cram-school industry, it strongly encourages colleagues to take classes.
The office is in an older-style commercial building, and the environment is average. Since there are so few people, the workload is quite heavy and broad in scope. One person may have to take on the responsibilities of two or three people, but the salary is not higher... The advantage is that the company encourages colleagues to take classes and then apply what they learn at work, while their salary remains unchanged.
