1. Colleagues are generally younger, so they are easy to get along with and there is not much of a generation gap.

2. Working hours and lunch breaks are better than those at most companies.

1. The senior managers all seem to have connections. Simply put, if you want to earn a high salary and stay for a long time, you have to cultivate relationships with upper management. Quite a few people also got in through connections. I don't know whether this is why their communication is so terrible—they make people below them go around in circles and sort things out themselves. I also have no idea what the managers discuss in their morning meetings.

2. The new marketing manager is terrible. After blacklisting and driving out the original members of the department, they brought in several new young women. They take these women out every day to make introductions and do public relations, and are hardly ever at their desk doing any work. Female colleagues should also be careful, as this manager harasses women in the pantry, staring at their legs and chests and making sexually harassing remarks, among other things.

3. The boss doesn't seem to know what respect is. They speak loudly and are "outrageously" rude, and like to act overly familiar for no reason. But when you really need their help, they curse you out in all sorts of ways. After all that, you still can't find anyone to help...?

4. The Planning Department has a heavy workload but very low pay. They are constantly recruiting, only to berate people until they quit. Think carefully before joining.

5. Titles don't mean much at this company. You might be promoted to M without getting a raise.
