1. The company is run by a married couple. The boss’s surname is Xiong, and his wife is nominally the foreign trade manager.

2. There is no real system or structure; I once saw 3–4 people leave in a single week.

4. Everyone, regardless of position, has to take turns sweeping the office.

5. Employees are treated as disposable chopsticks.

6. For assignments abroad, the company is only willing to pay for a flight from Taoyuan to Ningbo. Those who live elsewhere must cover the difference themselves (because the ticket is charged to the boss’s wife’s card).

7. As someone who has been through it, I recommend not wasting your time, because you will want to change jobs after only a few months anyway.
