Going to the interview today for Zhixiang Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhiqiang Industrial) for the “Information Systems Administrator (MIS) stationed in Southeast Asia” position was truly a waste of my time. Taking half a day off cost me NT$750 in lost income.
Just thinking about having to continue with another two hours of interviews there made me feel too lazy to continue, so I said on the spot that I wanted to leave.
After I got home, I checked Tianyancha and only then discovered that internally it was actually ......... Fortunately, I didn’t waste too much time staying there.
Are you recruiting an SA? An SD? A PM? DevOps? MIS? Please figure out which one you actually need before posting the job opening and looking for candidates.
After figuring that out, prepare a more discriminating written test; this will also save both sides time.
