Cnsbg iPhone. The supervisor of the Hsinchu plant in the department, ecloud, has very high standards. Vincent’s abilities are also quite good. Most employees have degrees from national universities or graduate schools. You can learn quite a lot working with Vincent.

Disadvantages

Cnsbg iPhone. The department’s Tucheng Minsheng plant has many long-serving employees who have worked there for over ten years but are clearly incompetent. They talk all day about how capable they are, take things that should have gone to you, and may also bully you. Some of these long-serving employees have seriously distorted values.

Lu Wenbin basically does nothing and only pretends to be busy. He is very petty, so be careful and take precautions. Do not provoke him under any circumstances, or he will spend all day looking for ways to make trouble for you.

Liao Junxiong and Tsai Mingchen. These two people have seriously distorted values and are very cunning. Describing them as engaging in scheming and infighting is quite accurate. New employees are advised to be careful.

Tsai Yi-hsuan lets the long-serving employees do whatever they want and bully new employees, and even considers this a benefit for the long-serving employees.

I sincerely do not recommend joining this department. I am posting this review only in the hope that no one else will become a victim.
