Pros

1. Before starting work, you have to clean up to calm and focus yourself.

2. You have to start preparing for work five minutes before the end of your lunch break.

3. Before leaving work, you must complete the day's work log and report that day's progress and the next day's schedule; don't rush to leave.

4. The next day's work log will be reviewed and corrected.

5. You need to pay attention to how often you refill your water and use the restroom.

Cons

1. This company is a family business, and most of its members belong to the family. At work, you are required to report your progress to your superiors from time to time. Your answer is considered correct only when it is the answer they want to hear. You will often be asked, “Do you understand?” and judged as “not putting in enough effort.” Employees from the past will also be compared with one another.

2. This supervisor puts pressure on senior employees, believing that employees can only improve when they are under pressure. They speak in a sarcastic and contemptuous tone, and often say, “We’re not afraid of employees leaving; there are plenty of people fighting to get in.” As a result, the turnover rate is quite high, and the company’s strategy is simply to keep arranging interviews.

3. As soon as you report for work, you will be required to sign the company’s confidentiality agreement. One clause in the document states that employees must give one month’s notice before resigning. If you want to resign before completing one month of work, your superior will say that the company is not a government agency and therefore does not need to comply with the regulations of the Labor Standards Act.
