The business center locations are all in prime areas, so transportation is generally very convenient. The interviewers I encountered were quite serious and asked many questions at a fast pace, including some professional terminology. Toward the end of the interview, the interviewer said they were testing whether candidates could remain calm when dealing with clients yelling at them. They generally do not hire recent graduates or entry-level applicants, but you may have a chance if you perform appropriately. Overall, it felt like a somewhat stressful but professional interview. They also offer the opportunity to participate in a trial test, allowing you to experience working at the center for one to three days (your choice). It is unpaid, but if you get the job, the days can be counted against your leave. Although it is unpaid, I think it is at least a chance to confirm whether you are truly suited to the job, so it seems acceptable.
Although the job title is Community Business Specialist, the actual nature of the work is very much like a service-industry role. You could basically think of it as an administrative secretary position at a high-end luxury office complex! However, there are also KPIs to consider, including pressure to retain clients. I also chatted with coworkers during the trial period. Although they did not disclose the specific salary, one coworker said the pay was very low... Everyone can take that for what it’s worth~
