The company benefits are very good. During the interview, the interviewer also repeatedly emphasized that the company benefits are excellent and fully comply with the Labor Standards Act.
The position is an interview specialist. Although it is a specialist position, it also involves handling general affairs and miscellaneous tasks (such as buying small items or replacing fluorescent tubes), because there is insufficient staff and the position has been expanded. However, overtime seems to be common, and it is not possible to give advance notice when overtime is required. The supervisor's overtime hours are close to the upper limit under the Labor Standards Act. Although I was told that the overtime situation would improve after more staff were hired, overtime is certain during month-end and month-start closing.
If you can accept the culture of working overtime, it is basically a fairly good company.
