Pros
The air conditioning is very cool.
Cons
Making interviewees wait half an hour is extremely disrespectful. I don't know what the point is of asking people to come for an interview. A company that wastes everyone's time. The person who called themselves the team leader was very rude and couldn't even see me to the elevator.
