For the most part, you will constantly be given the impression here that this company is very strong, while other firms are all terrible, and that clients all love the company, and so on. There is not much training for new hires. Supervisor A tells new hires that overtime is not necessary here, while Supervisor B tells new hires to spend time after work figuring these things out themselves. This is what they mean here by saying that there is no need to work overtime (at the company) and that there is comprehensive (self-directed) training. It is recommended that you think carefully before choosing this place. The company keeps recruiting new hires through a rapid-screening approach, and the attrition rate among new hires is extremely high. Existing employees have little interest in dealing with new hires: “This person will probably leave in a few days anyway.”
