Pros

The work environment appears to be no different from that of a typical, normal company.

Cons

The company culture is essentially disrespectful toward professional technical personnel. In a technology-focused organization, evaluations should be based on work-related professional criteria, but Keding only emphasizes employees’ attire and grooming, attitude, and whether they are familiar enough with the company’s products as evaluation standards. Keding builds and expands factories without holding relevant discussion meetings, and task-execution discussions are essentially one-sided. The auditing department’s standards also show no professionalism, with people working according to their own subjective feelings. The HR standards are also very low; it is a department that is very good at filing petty reports. HR should help retain talent and provide training, not learn how to drive people away. The salary may appear slightly higher, but in reality it requires you to put in more time. The company also forces new employees to work overtime for training, while requiring them to memorize the company’s products after work and then take tests on content unrelated to their jobs. Even more laughable is the company’s chaotic product numbering, with many products assigned duplicate numbers. This does not resemble a small or medium-sized enterprise; it is more like the practices of a sheet-metal and carpentry factory from the pre-digital era. The use of mobile phones and tablets is completely prohibited in meetings, and only paper records may be used, completely disregarding the modern trend toward going paperless. It is extremely backward. There are many other problems and shortcomings. What a ridiculous company.
