1. The supervisor was very friendly and answered questions thoroughly.
1. Although the position was advertised as a sales role, there is a high likelihood that male applicants will be assigned to work inside the factory. It is presented as a way to understand the job, but in reality, you would be doing an operator’s work for a salesperson’s salary. Seeing an operator vacancy posted on the factory bulletin board especially convinced me that there is a high chance of being sent to the factory, reportedly for a period of six months to one year.
2. At a glance, the narrow office appeared to consist entirely of women. They said that men and women have different levels of concentration, so women do not need to enter the factory to learn the manufacturing process and can work directly in sales. If that is the case, why do men have to enter the factory first? Personally, I feel this is discriminatory.
3. The division of responsibilities between sales assistants and sales representatives is not very clear. During the interview, I received information that differed from what was described on the 104 website. In that case, you might as well limit applications to women.
