Pros

The work is not very difficult, and consists mostly of miscellaneous tasks.

If you stay a little longer, you can get to know quite a few people. People come and go, and it is difficult to keep the total headcount above eight.

Cons

Logistics and advertising costs have risen sharply. The fruit is sourced from multiple farmers, and because each farmer supplies only a small quantity, our bargaining power is low. The only cost that can be adjusted is personnel expenses, in order to reduce losses.

To improve employee efficiency and foster a no-overtime culture, employees have to work overtime at home. They also tell everyone bullshit about needing to read more because of insufficient ability.

Some rules are like those at an elementary school, but the CEO and COO are exempt:

1. Work starts at 9:00, and employees are required to arrive by 8:50. Anyone who is late has the “benefit” of cleaning up for everyone. The CEO does not arrive until after 10:00.

2. Take turns cleaning the office, the restroom, and the CEO’s office.

3. Take turns serving as the duty person, taking out the trash and handling miscellaneous tasks. When guests arrive, you have to pour tea or water; before going home, you have to close the windows, and so on. There is also a checklist that must be checked off.
