The advantages depend on the work location. At the place where I worked, overtime was optional, and regular working hours were 8 hours.

During the interview, I met with the supervisor. The recruiter was quite good and explained everything in great detail.

However, the HR representative acted as if they were superior to everyone else, which was very uncomfortable.

The work environment was very strange. Some longtime employees seemed to bully newcomers, and there were also posters at the workplace displaying a complaint hotline.

Unfortunately, I actually encountered this myself. I was quietly doing my job when someone suddenly started verbally abusing and provoking me at work. Since everyone wears cleanroom suits, it was impossible to tell who it was.
