Absolutely nothing good.
During the interview, applicants were refused entry to the company office and made to sit outside in the sweltering heat, drenched in sweat, while filling out their résumés and taking a test. Yet this was only an interview for a cashier position: the résumé form was unnecessarily long, and the test questions varied greatly in quality. It felt like a careless interview process that nevertheless forced people to provide personal information and solve problems, just to pretend to be a highly systematic large company. In short, a lousy company.
