1. The company is bright and comfortable, with strong air conditioning.
2. HR first provides a basic information form to fill out. After it is completed, you are asked to take a simple test and do an email translation exercise from English to Chinese and Chinese to English (for an overseas sales position).
3. HR then conducts the interview. They are very friendly and polite, and had reviewed my résumé beforehand, so they generally understood my previous work background. Salary was also mentioned, but there was not much discussion. They originally intended to arrange an interview directly with the sales manager, but because the sales manager was in a meeting, they had to apologize and ask me to leave, saying they would arrange a time for a second interview.
4. They later called to arrange a time for the second interview, but due to personal considerations, I did not attend.
Overall, the interview experience was comfortable and respectful. The company also appears to be fairly large. Those interested in developing their career in this area may want to give it a try.
