If there were ever a day when I could leave work on time, that would be the happiest thing for me.

It didn’t take long after joining this company before I wanted to quit...

During the interview, they made it sound great, saying there was perfect-attendance pay... meal allowances...

After starting work, I discovered that the promised base salary actually included the perfect-attendance bonus...

(Meaning that if you don’t have perfect attendance, your salary is lower than what they originally promised.)

And while working here, you can never get a handle on your work progress.

When you think you’re done, multiple people will come at you with endless revisions.

In the end, all that awaits you is overtime, overtime, and more overtime.

What’s more, the only hours during which overtime pay is provided are 19:30–22:00.

After 22:00, it counts as compensatory time off instead!

That would be bad enough...

But they’ll also come up with a bunch of reasons to make your compensatory time disappear.

In the end, you work yourself to death...

while they rake in the money!

And do you think they only exploit entry-level employees?

Then you’re wrong!

If you’re lucky enough to become a manager...

but refuse to exploit employees along with the boss...

and want to be an upright, fair, and decent manager...

then you’ll find yourself sidelined and stripped of authority by the boss.

Then they’ll say you’re not suited to be a manager and force you out!

The key point is that during the period when you’ve been stripped of authority, the boss will randomly assign work,

and when deadlines are missed... it will still be the manager’s fault!

Anyway, my takeaway from working at this company is...

The boss is rich and does whatever he wants: all of you are expected to risk your lives to earn him money for sports cars!

Regulations and laws are meaningless! Don’t even think about taking money from me!

That’s all... If you see an interview invitation, run while you can!
