Cons
It’s dark to an almost godlike degree. Most supervisors coast along waiting to die, while management has an inflated sense of self-importance. Their rigid thinking could bring the company down someday, and it wouldn’t be surprising. Many longtime employees are difficult to deal with. Unless you have no other choice and would otherwise starve to death, don’t go there.
