Single people can do this job, but those with families to support should stay away—they definitely won’t last long.
The salary calculation method is vague and not transparently disclosed. You have to add up your working hours day by day to find out how many hours you worked last month. Rules are rules, and frontline employees have to follow them or take a hit to their pay, while supervisors can turn a blind eye when they don’t follow them. It’s not that the company is bad; it’s just that some people at the top are traps and don’t understand the practical obstacles that make things difficult to implement.
