Books are fully subsidized, and classes are also subsidized (though I don't know by how much).

You may suddenly be assigned strange tasks. Even after saying they can't be done, you're still expected to do them.... For example: using JavaScript to create a search function.

There is no clocking in or out at work (some may see this differently, but I've never left work on time....)
