Recommendation: People with genuine talent and substance should go to the interview, but don’t put yourself down in advance either.
I say this because their interview method is to have you directly draw a poster for three hours. From talking with people there, I learned that this is because portfolios and actual ability can sometimes differ. Quite stimulating.
Before the test ends, you may seriously wonder whether they even know your name or have looked at your portfolio.
The answer is yes. If they are interested in your work, they will look through it very carefully.
(Because I personally have an online portfolio, it was examined in detail before the interview.)
Summary: Stimulating.
It is an interview where you can see both your own shortcomings and strengths.
