Pros
The supervisor is very good at making grand promises.
Cons
The base salary is low, and they absolutely refuse to give raises. They keep emphasizing the high year-end bonus, but when you do the math, it’s basically about the same as at other companies—without having to work yourself to the bone through overtime. Overseas assignments are even worse… You’ll know once you join.
