The entire team is great except for the great CEO
When you first join the company, they’ll initially lie to you and say that your position is to do xxx tasks
Then, after a while, they start saying, “We’re a startup, so everyone has to take on a little responsibility.”
They start using that rhetoric to trick you into taking on a bit more, and then it becomes part of your responsibilities (lol
Then, when you point out the difficulties, the great CEO will even respond, “Why was I able to do it before, but you can’t?”
(And then bring up things they did several years ago—WTF, don’t you know that times are changing?
