The company is very new and moves extremely fast. It’s the fastest-growing company I’ve ever worked for (going from 10 people to over 60 in three years @@). The work pressure is not insignificant, and the boss sets very high standards, requiring monthly performance targets to grow... However, the several supervisors I’ve worked with have all been very willing to communicate with you and are down-to-earth. The phrase the company says most often is “imagination is your limit,” encouraging us to bravely try all kinds of new ideas.

The office is a bit messy. When business is good, goods get piled up to the point where there is almost no room to walk. The company allows employees to bring their children to work, so colleagues often bring their kids in when they encounter things like hand, foot, and mouth disease at school. When they get too excited while playing, it can be a bit noisy.
