The environment seems pretty good, although I didn't look too closely.

They promised to provide an update, but are actually big users of the silent rejection card. Other senior colleagues have had the same experience: they promised during the interview, or explicitly stated on 104 that they would notify applicants again, but it all ended in silent rejection.

I can actually accept receiving no notification, but when there is a specific promise, this feels like a bit of a deduction.
