01. The receptionist, HR staff, and managers are all beautiful, and the factory building looks quite impressive.
02. The company has an employee cafeteria and an underground parking lot.
03. It is in the LED industry, so the work is considered relatively stable.
(Interview process: Fill in basic information + a 30-minute English and numerical test > HR interview > Manager interview)
Cons
The take-home pay for technicians is approximately NT$22,000, and the frequency of overtime is very high (not very suitable for those with plans to pursue further education).
