Since the beginning of this year, large numbers of people have been leaving one after another—PMs, QAs, sales staff, warehouse staff, and others.

This company is really problematic.

RD staff are even forced to work overtime!

Basically, except for the production line, everyone at the company only receives “missed-meal allowances”; there is no such thing as “overtime pay.”

Also, after QA got a new manager in January this year,

on average, one person has left every month.

In August and September, as many as three people resigned at once.

So far, 12 people have left.

The reason for leaving is that the new manager is causing chaos.

He lacks ability and communication skills,

and there are also rumors of gender discrimination.

The women who left were all driven out by him.

The PM team was replaced with an entirely new group,

but because upper management thinks PMs are unnecessary,

it is estimated that the team will be replaced again or eliminated before long.

I advise anyone considering joining this company, as well as fresh graduates entering the workforce,

not to come here under any circumstances! This is not a good place for beginners to gain experience.

You will only do odd jobs and develop few skills related to your actual role.

You can still learn things in RD,

but definitely do not go anywhere outside RD!

Just look at the fact that the company has been penalized under the Labor Standards Act—you’ll know how problematic it is.

Do not waste your life here; you will find a better company.

Finally, the job responsibilities discussed during the interview

are very different from what you actually end up doing.

This is also why the company cannot retain new employees.
