The environment is clean

Some unwritten rules are only communicated after you join.

1. Mobile phones cannot be used during working hours.

2. Except for employees who need to contact external vendors, other employees cannot use LINE.

3. Even Facebook cannot be used.

Colleagues at the company all watch one another's screens. This is understandable when everyone is busy, but when there is no work, you still cannot freely do your own things or browse the web. This feels very restrictive; even using a mobile phone has to be done furtively.
