1. For a company that has been established for over 20 years, its systems and procedures are inadequate and require significant improvement.
2. The job responsibilities are unclear and highly flexible (very suitable for gaining experience).
3. This industry has many internal rules and is highly dependent on personal relationships; it is not a typical traditional industry.
4. HR represents the company’s public image, but the questions and confirmation of salary, benefits, and other details from the interview through onboarding are very unprofessional.
5. Internal conflict is extremely serious, and there is a lot of gossip. People who want to work seriously are not suited to the company culture.
