Some colleagues are quite nice.
Some departments in the company have an extremely high turnover rate.
At one point, one-third of the entire office left in succession within a single month.
Insufficient staffing + mediocre compensation + complicated tasks = high turnover.
The main issue is that the company's management often changes decisions arbitrarily.
Trying to be conscientious at work is truly heartbreaking and exhausting.
Don't assume that just because it looks like a department store, everything is glamorous.
In reality, the sales performance cannot compare with counters at major department stores.
